Matthew Gibson

Founder

I have always had a passion for cooking and fitness, but at one point along the way I fell away from the fitness side. I was unhappy with the way I looked and felt, and I knew something had to change. I put my passions for cooking and fitness together, and the result was losing 16kg all while eating the foods I truly loved—just with some small adaptations to support my health goals.

These meals were so delicious and made such a difference that I thought, why not bring these meals to others on the same journey? To truly break the cycle, I knew there had to be compromise. There's only so long you can go with plain chicken and rice before meal times become a chore rather than what they should be—one of life's greatest joys.

But so many people don't have the time or energy to keep it exciting while losing weight. So I created Performance Prep GLA: a stand against boring food and a stand with fitness, all while saving you time and cleanup. Because your weight loss journey should be something to be excited about, not something to dread.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
